I'm scared about hiring knowing quite a few founders that dread being a manager.
but I'd also love to outsource stuff to people with skills that I lack.
Actually I don't want to hire at all. I just want to acquire that specific skill through hiring a person.
Full remote is not the holy grail.
My gf switched from hybrid to fully remote team within her company
