I feel like this isn't great UX. I ran into this a few months ago when I was getting started with Rojo and could not for the life of me figure out how to get it to "unlock." In the end I gave up.
Here's a procedural terrain generation system I'm working on in Godot!
Still need to add LoD and work on improving performance even more.
