Press Taylor is the perfect hire for the #Bears. He already has experience supporting a play-calling HC as an OC, and just spent a year watching what Ben Johnson wants from someone in that role. If Ben thinks he's the right guy for the job, that works for me.

This isn’t a slight at the media voting on some awards, it’s more of an appreciation that this award requires a specific knowledge far greater than someone looking over some grades can achieve, and with the offensive line, there’s a lot of nuance that goes into their play.
Joe Thuney’s win is one of the most meaningful of all the Awards because the Protector of the Year is chosen by a panel of former offensive linemen not the media, so you know they know ball. The other nominees were worthy, but ultimately the most deserving protector won. #Bears

#Bears fans, in case you were wondering, cornerback Nashon Wright was the leading "tackler" in the #ProBowlGames with 10. He added a sack, 2 TFL, and an interception.
Safety Kevin Byard III had 4 tackles and an interception.
Center Drew Dalman played, while Joe Thuney did not.
