Since September Chicago commodities: lumber up 19%, wheat up 5%, cattle up 12%, corn up 20%, aluminium up 19%. This is not looking good for inflation and interest rates.
The US trade deficit with Canada and other countries has been growing for nearly 50 years. This can happen because of the vast amount of $USD in circulation around the world. It is a good deal for US if they only have to send green paper for real products.
