Reiterating that I’m a big fan of Mix, I find it much more flexible than vanilla Flutter styling. The syntax is a little odd at first, but once you get over that hump it becomes a breeze.

When creating APIs that mimic #flutterdev APIs, I never know if we should fix some inconsistencies or inherit them.

Border symmetric horizontal means the borders that run horizontally, so top and bottom.

I think it is when looking for the context of the task and when also listing files and directories it becomes easier to grab the context and also less in Dart but in TypeScript I had a huge issue with the agent creating the file in the wrong place or checking for the file and thinking it’s gone.

Have you optimized project structure for better AI interactions?

I've flattened directory structures, placed tests next to project files, and kept monorepos at the root instead of nesting them in packages.

What are some things you have done?

Honest question: If AI can write code that meets business requirements and runs fast, do coding best practices still matter? Seems like clean code principles don’t matter much if we’re not writing the code ourselves.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
