While it would be cool to see Max Scherzer on the Jays, it seems like there's a bunch of risk there with him despite the projection systems thinking he'll be decent in 2025.
5-years, eh? That's the price of doing business.
If there's one area of need that the Jays can wait on in free agency, it's relievers. It's a pretty deep pool.
I know you can buy Jays jerseys at Winners but didn't realize you could also pick up Baseball Ops. uniforms too.
I think people are going to be very disappointed when the ball isn't going over the fence
Santander wouldn't be my first choice, but he has the 6th most HR in MLB over the last 3 years. If it's just homers you want, he's one of the best in the game right now.
Really hoping this isn't the end of the road for Jordan Romano in Toronto.
I'm a little surprised at how the Jays haven't been connected to Profar at all. Defensive ability aside, that seems like their type of guy.
Torn on him. The power is legit, but he the rest of his profile does not fit what this organization typically values in a position player.
Not saying he would be my first choice as an offseason add, but he's more of a proven OF option than a lot of what they currently have and would be an upgrade that is under team control for a few more seasons.
20-25 HR guy so not terrible by any means.
Taylor Ward is very intriguing. Good fielder with strong batted ball metrics and a good eye at the plate.
It's just one game, but how can you not be impressed with Nikita Grebenkin? #BackcheckForecheckAndPaycheck
It's crazy how much better Firehouse Subs and Jersey Mike's is than Subway. Not even in the same stratosphere.
