I think I like this vertical aspect and the way the lines of the waves lead the eye toward the surfers. Nice!

Beautiful scene. I love the way the creek meanders and shows the reflections. If you have the chance, it would be nice to see this shot with a slow shutter speed to smooth out the water a bit.

This photograph shows a scene in a courtyard looking toward a stone and brick wall with double wood doors. The floor is herringbone brick. There is a vase with cactus to the left of the door. The left door is open and shows a motor scooter leaning against the wall down the corridor.

One of my favorite birds. I remember seeing these prehistoric looking Aves many times in the shawnee national Forest of southern Illinois. We don’t have them here in Southern California.
