In the process of painting, my egg. Been making it up as I go. I think the next step is to paint the lighter flesh colors around the mouth area, then might do some dry brushing of some lighter colors for highlights. This build has been taking longer than expected.

Sunday Live Stream Patterning the Alien neck. My plan is to make it out of the thin upholstery foam. Need to make a prototype to see what changes need to be made. Every time you make a pattern, it’s never perfect the first time. I always find three times is my magic number. @cosplaypros.bsky.social

When Giger was making the Alien. He enjoyed using tubing bones and found parts. The main detail on the side of the alien head is a 70s gas pump. I bought one with the intention of using it. But it was easier to just make it out of foam. @alienearthfx.bsky.social

Both the Gever unit cases are finished. When making a movie, you always need a hero Prop and stunt Prop. The stunt case is made completely out of @cosplaypros EVA foam. The hero Prop was made from foamcore.
