And you too!
And you too!
Always good to work with you @bethyb1886.bsky.social π
Ah that's great to hear
...and more amazing feedback from attendees at your loss and bereavement workshop!
Another wk with lots of variety, from hosting an #oral #health & #dementia webinar (recording here: youtu.be/bBl23inUhEE?...) to co-delivering @arcengland.bsky.social @meetmacintyre.bsky.social #Loss & #Bereavement training with the lovely Jess & @nicolapayne21.bsky.social - youtu.be/8S2YGMzyEIo?...
Lewy body dementia is not always recognised - even by medical professionals.
All week, we have been receiving messages from people who were told originally they had a different kind of dementia, or something else entirely, before they finally got the correct diagnosis.
When we posted these graphics explaining the differences between Lewy body dementia and Alzheimer's previously, they provoked a huge response. It may have been one of our most popular posts.

It is sad but true that people still hear dementia and only think Alzheimer's.
There are many forms of the disease, all with varying symptoms and progressions. Diagnosis matters. Knowing the difference will help people connect the dots so they can advocate for themselves
Love the variety of my work & last week was no exception - from fitness fun with Burns Gym for the first @dementiacommunity.bsky.social webinar of 2026 (recording here: youtu.be/1a6Quw3vf5k?...) to delivering in-person workshops for really engaged and eager to learn @meetmacintyre.bsky.social teams

Thanks for sharing @bethyb1886.bsky.social We've shared with our staff teamπ
@alzheimersbrace.bsky.social One for your fab researchers maybe!
Such an interesting thread with lovely people contributing. Bluesky is very sleepy for me and I haven't explored it much. I personally get on with LinkedIn very well. Still on Twitter (I refuse to call it X) but don't get on there much. We need a Bluesky #dementia revolution!
@innov-dementia.bsky.social @simonwheeler.bsky.social Pls take a look at the webinar I hosted for Dementia Community with Royal Star and Garter youtu.be/9rANI4R79hw?... re veterans support. Happy to connect you to them if you want to email me - they may be able to provide further info/advice re MH
