Nubia Muñoz (born 1964) is a Columbian epidemiologist and pathologist. Her epidemiological research spanning 30 countries proved human papillomavirus (HPV) as the central cause of cervical cancer and a contributing factor in other cancers. She went on to push through HPV being classified as a carcinogen which had enormous impact in subsequent prevention research and policy. She also contributed to understanding the causal role of hepatitis viruses in liver cancer and of Helicobacter pylori in gastric cancer. Her studies were instrumental to the development of anti-virus vaccines. She has earned several awards including a nomination for the Nobel Prize in 2008.

Renewable energy is going well for Kansas

I know their importance. Pitting them against the rest of us was a power move by the trash administration. If they continue in their current mode and we fall for the divisive tactics it’s going to take decades to recover. I’d rather we reclaim the country. We are going to need all working together.

The California foods that reach my grocery stores are the luxury ones. Strawberries in January. Not saying we wouldn’t notice. Just don’t overestimate your importance.
