A thorough & persuasive argument by colleague @jenniferkoshan.bsky.social that gov't name & pronoun policies enable family violence against gender diverse youth &, so far as they are based on “parental rights” at the expense of the best interests of children, they have no legal basis.

It's frigging hard to build up my feed from what I had on x. Who are the constitutionalists and/or feminists and/or cool people who are interested in similar stuff who O should be following?

So I guess I have to shamelessly promote myself on three platforms now? Do we fight here, or nah?
