I'm 80% recovered from my surgery and got up to 6000 steps in yesterday and am back to eating normally. On the positive side, lost about 15lbs (bonus side effects).

I'm just beyond the 2 week mark and returning to work for administrative duties Monday 🙌

I've been quiet for the last few days as I've been recovering from a surgury. I'm excited to get back to work soon so I can get away from the TV. I can't stomach hearing any more about our new king and slow fall of the republic. 😤 I'm disgusted yet disempowered. How are you guys dealing with this?
