I beat and 100%'d Veilguard. It has it's flaws but I really enjoyed it. Being a basic bitch Grey Warden was an A+ experience and Lucanis' romance was super sweet

The major dialogue gripe I have is the constant comments during fights and exploration. I have eyes! I can see what's happening!

Especially Inquisition. When I first played it in 2018, my only other reference for an open world game was BotW, so the genre was a novelty. But replaying it, wow, what a boring and badly designed game lol

I replayed all the games in the series before the release date. I love DAO, it is peak, but it and the rest of the games have aged wonderfully poorly.

...can I talk about Dragon Age Veilguard here without being eviscerated? I'm almost 15 hours in and idc, I love it. Is the writing a bit weaker? Yes. But is it super pretty and actually fun to play? Yes!
