No one can convince me that Jessica Drew and Lindsay McCabe weren’t a couple.
@crustyoldfan
I’m David Harth. I’m old and I love comics. I’ve written for CBR and now write for ComicBook.com. I also have a Substack, Crusty Old Fan. I was main character of Comics Twitter one time and AnneLovesComics’ fans spent two days sending me death threats.
No one can convince me that Jessica Drew and Lindsay McCabe weren’t a couple.
@gailsimone.bsky.social I really wish you were coming to MegaCon.
That one Black Bolt series was enough to keep him getting books that no one ever talks about after they’re over.
I’ve been reading Wolverine comics for 35 years and this is the first time I’ve wanted to stop.
Dude, I’m gonna say this right now - DC K.O. is the best event in years. Like, bell to bell, the main series, the tie-ins, just best of the best.
The latest issue of Wolverine is… something.
Every time I say something good about this book, it gets blah again.
I kind of hate that Marvel has been co-opted by MCU fans to such an extent that you have to use Marvel Comics to refer to the comics.
I’m the kind of person who pulls a couple of books every month, not because I like them, but because I want more books like them to made.
For instance, Storm.
My hype for it has died, it’s fine, but it’s Storm in an ongoing. Of course I’m gonna buy. It’s still Storm.
Yo, think about this:
The fucking Time Trapper is one of the most important characters in the DC Multiverse right now.
That’s mind-boggling.
Adam Kubert covers on Wolverine and The Incredible Hulk in the ‘90s were so frustrating, because he didn’t always do the Interiors. I don’t mind the slowness, it’s worth it, but I like it better when someone else does the cover so I don’t get excited for Adam Kubert interiors, you know?
Thank you. This helps.
Yeah, I know, but one can always hope, lol.
I’m honestly trying to figure out ways to do that and work on other things. I still have that nagging, “You won’t be good enough, so why true,” voice, but I’m working through it.
I just bought Crisis on Infinite Earths for 60 bucks.
I already own five issues but now I want to keep buying them again until I get the perfect ones.
Thank you for answering!
The thing can be said of the Switch, except its games you played 30 years ago.
I write thousands of words a day.
I’m hoping one day someone from DC reads one of my articles where I talk about having an Hourman pitch and lets me pitch it.
If you see this, post a character that starts with W.
Wolverine (I own this issue as well)
I can only imagine the wondrous images she beheld.
I’m quite jealous.
This is heartbreaking. He is a brilliant artist who worked with some of the best characters and creators ever.
The industry needs to take care of creators better.
Folks, as of right now the stunningly talented artist Frazier Irving is homeless and needs your help. He hasn’t got a fundraising page because he doesn’t want charity but he is selling pages. Please give his shop a look and buy something that appeals if you can.

I mean, it would if anyone but a couple hundred people knew what AEW even is.
Wrestlers back in the day were much more libertarian/conservative than they are now.
Money buys stability, which can lead to happiness.
@philjimeneznyc.bsky.social, I have a question. I read New Teen Titans #38 and I wanted to ask you, as someone who knew George and knows Marv and is a Donna partisan, were they both in love with Donna? Because every time I read an NTT Donna story for them, I get that vibe.
Perks of the job.
That Magneto with the helmets and the energy in the hallway… man, that is such a perfect Magneto image. It should hang in galleries!
Thank you so much for your work. I could gush all day about it.
I can’t wait!
Ive watched this about 100 times.
This is why the internet was invented.
Right here.
Peak content.
Great issue. We sometimes forget that Gambit can whip most of the X-Men on his own.
The thing you have to realize about Wolfman/Perez New Teen Titans is that Marv and George were both in love with Donna, and George also had amorous feelings for Starfire.
(Also, NTT #38 is one of the greatest comics ever. I think I’m in love with Donna Troy again after reading it)
