1. I don't think compensation is necessary nor is it based on any research. I would have to be convinced otherwise.

2. If we want to keep budgets under control, start where it hurts the most - with yourself.

Just another crazy co-incidence that the Intersect funded gov.tools forgot to add an option to submit Constitution update proposals and will only add it after the Intersect proposal passes. This has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that centralizing everything into Intersect was a stupid idea.
