We need help. My husband drives delivery for a bakery and their truck broke. He's gotten no work shifts for 7 days because the bakery's mechanic is super behind due to understaffing because people are calling out sick. We're going to be $685 short on rent because of this.

I grew up in Rexburg, Idaho. They only canceled school if it went to -20 Fahrenheit. My velveteen orchestra dress used to stiffen like a bell when I stepped outside, and I would slap it to soften it when I got to the auditorium. I wore pantyhose- not even tights- and patent leather flats in -10.
