Aziraphale and snake Crowley are in an homage to the original Frankenstein book cover. Aziraphale is the angel, kneeling in his flowing gown with his wings outstretched, and he's holding an open book above his head. Crowley is in the place of the horn, his body wrapping in a loose circle around Aziraphale, as he's being held to Aziraphale's lips for a kiss.
