2025 Tour de France. 🍷🍷 / 5🍷. Best paired with Mas Peyre IGP Côtes Catalanes '1ères Soifs'. While this year’s Tour had moments of brilliance, it was, overall, a fairly straightforward vintage. This wine, with its bright, warm fruit, won’t overpower the palate—or the memory of Tours past.

2025 Critérium du Dauphiné 🍷🍷 / 5🍷. Best paired with Domaine Collotte Marsannay Rosé. While not a bad addition, it was fairly underwhelming in the end. If Pog is set to be the dominant force in this year’s Tour, we might be in for another lazy summer of rosé by the pool.
