Belduke says "That lightning was a sign that we have angered the gods."
Just saw the brightest lightning and heard the loudest thunder of my life
Sherl says "Yeah, come on, Pinstripes, are you a man or a mouse? Because she'll eat you if you're a mouse."
Phoenix says "... But I'm scared."

Who needs to be kinder to themselves this year?
Lucy says "She's got a master key? That's a bit sus, isn't it?"
Adrea says "Sorry, can't help you. And by "can't," I mean "don't want to.""
"Ok, maybe just one hint."
The hint:
Layton says "Creativity and persistence, Luke. As long as you have these, no puzzle is beyond you."
Layton says "In a situation like this, perhaps solving a puzzle might help to relieve stress."

Honestly I think my biggest achievement in 2025 was taking Professor Layton to America before Level-5 did

Happy New Year, everyone. Hope it's better than the last one!

Merry Christmas, everyone
The Masked Gentleman, bringing Christmas to Monte d'Or! Or ruining it for them... Probably ruining it for them.
Ernest reads from a letter that says "I have discovered the Richmond fortune. Now, to share it out, I am arranging a puzzle-solving party to take place on Christmas Eve."
RIP Hershel, you would have loved the Christmas puzzle party
And that quote about communicating with artists. How on Earth is it more efficient to use AI to communicate instead of just... talking to those artists? Artists who are much more capable of understanding the request than any AI
Schrader sits at his desk wearing a Santa hat and writes "I'm dubious of this hat, of course, but when my spirit is lifted I simply must be jolly."
Changed my profile picture for the first time ever (you can barely see the difference because of the crop feature but still)
Layton says ""Almost Christmas" means it wasn't Christmas!"

Near as I can tell, Hino says no AI generated content will be included in the games themselves, but that they do use it in development, which is disappointing. Some articles claim he's stated that they also use it for character design and temp voice acting, but I haven't found a direct quote on that
Gonzo looks to camera and says "And Claire, who DID die!"
Always happy to help!
(Hire me Level 5, I'm ready)
It turns out that Santa is actually a grieving grandfather. His family loved Christmas and he built the village to live in the past and escape his pain, but Layton convinces him to face his grief.
And Don Paolo is Rudolph
"Professor Layton and the Christmas Village" Has anyone done that yet? Layton and co find themselves in a Christmas town full of elves and reindeer, even its own Santa. They obviously think it's a trick, but it starts to seem real, until it turns out to be hallucinogenic hot chocolate or something
Layton says "Those scary rumours gave us just the information we needed. This snowman is the key to getting into this cave."
Probably the closest we'll get to a Professor Layton Christmas special
