As a further example, I cut myself quite badly, on my left hand (non dominant) at the base of my thumb, I am currently only using a band aid, but I may need a stitch or two if it is not healing. Here I am on my own in my Bush Retreat, at least on this occasions I could apply the band aids 🤓

Only property I owned at one time since seperation

It is always more complex than you think. For example I have had only one property for 18years, never claimed negative gearing. Only now am I living in it. When I sell to support my retirement I will get high capital gains, but its the only property I owned.
