What a freak!

A very rough sketch focused around Pokemon Rangers, specifically the first missions in the original game. The ranger is a self insert persona wearing the one-piece uniform and cropped jacket, wielding a styler and rapidly lassoing an electrified Staryu in the foreground while the Plusle on her shoulder hits it with lightning. Various pokemon and details can be seen sketched out in the background of what appears to be a harbor, specifically two bins of miscellaneous items and an open trash bin with a Makuhita leaning against it. On the stairs, two Skitty are watching leisurely while another ranger is running towards some kind of explosion further in the background behind a building with his Minun and Meowth.

I don't often share WIPs however I am Very excited about this one >:3
