Hot take, I'm honestly fine with my data being harvested, if i can get 50% of the revenue from it's sale.
All the job boards, 18+ age verification, etc. would go a LOT faster and easier if the harvesting companies gave everyone they're harvesting from a cut.

After the contraversy last year over art theft, rather surprised game is getting traction again

Returning to college this year and taking a writing class. It's actually a big problem. Real students writing, without using any AI for the assignment, are getting false flagged in Ai/plagiarism check software.
Students are purposefully using bad Grammer and spelling just to show they're human -.-

All this trouble over what's essentially a fancy spell check and fancy fractal generator -.-

Where's the machine that will fold my laundry for me so I have more time to eat fruit and make art?

On top of this there's a BIG difference from a bouncer or cashier peaking at your ID and submitting a multi point biometric scan to a private company over the internet.

Discord’s Persona Partnership Gets Bad
Discord’s Persona Partnership Gets Bad YouTube video by UFD Tech

Video going over article, tho it focuses on Discord, Persona Identities is still the same company. Stay safe out there, remember it's not about protecting children.

A massive data exposure has allegedly pulled back the curtain on a secret surveillance pipeline linking OpenAI, the identity provider Persona, and the U.S. Federal Government. Everyone that verified on VRC is likely on a watchlist.

Anatomy for Artists Online Course Β» Scott Eaton

A lot out there is focused on industry tools like zbrush and such.

Still, just from a cursory search, this site looked promising? Not sure on cost, what's free, etc. But even just looking at snips..

I'm sure there's a lot of free videos buried on YT and such.

While the gen 1 routers weren't 'meant' for enterprise, a lot of small-medium businesses still used them. Google's actually OK at providing long term support for some things. (they even left a 'way' to force manifest v2 in Chrome for enterprises with 'custom' browser add-ons that need it.)

Works on most things on Chrome except for home page buttons, tho i forced chrome to keep using manifest v2 for the full version of uBlock, so outlier case.

All other AI junk went poof and search is fast again, (Like wow, i didn't realize how slow Google's search was getting)
Thank you :3

Speaking of vacuums,
This year's CES showed a robot vacuum that speaks to me

Among all the concept ones with goofy arms that grab your shoes, one showed up I like

It does the smart robot vacuum thing, but is also a regular vacuum when you want or need

It took way too long for someone to do this

It's not that they can't be recycled. They're not even toxic (which was explained in the video) It's just expensive to do so.

It's the SAME reason most e-waste end up landfilled. Despite being mostly 'just' fiberglass and copper.
And retired panels from the past 30 years are already starting to add up.
I'm very much pro solar, but, with current tech, we need robust panels that last 50-100 years IMHO.

If it was just glass and alumin, that'd make sense, but most common ones are types of laminate polymers
They can't 'just be shredded' down to recycle.
Separating the laminates is energy-intensive, expensive, and often requires toxic chemicals, making it significantly cheaper to landfill them.

In regards to the video, about 5 minutes in when you talk about Midwest desire to lean towards reliability and durability.
It's 'very difficult' to 'impossible' to recycle used and retired solar panels, so researching ones that'll last decades is quite important.

Fair enough, I did finally hit subscribe, and it 'ultimately' isn't anything against you specifically.
I know it's to protect yourself and people from the bots.
I'm just really allergic to surprises after this last couple of years. And maybe a little sad.
I miss 2016 YouTube...

I have been watching your videos since th every beginning. Years.
YT algorithm faithfully suggested all of them.
Shared them with family, friends.

Figured out the funny Light Volume Caustics attached to Point Light Volumes :3

It's a 240 frame, 256x256 Texture2DArray, set to a mat for frame rate, fed into a Custom Render Texture

Gonna have to trim it down for performance, but my gawd is it pretty :3
