Those auctions typically get hosted on YCHCommishes.com but you can also just manage bids in the comments. I see people advertise them on Deviantart, Reddit, Twitter, and sometimes Bluesky.
Usually an artist will make an illustration base to advertise the commission, then adds the highest bidding client’s character to the base. Typically higher bids include things like commercial rights and ending the auction early, but you can set what ever rewards you want.

I just think the Trox needs to look like they ‘could’ be a friendly protector and not instantly terrify anyone who looks at one. Plus they are just not buggy enough. Beetles get that Idea across to me.
I wish I saw this the other day when I was looking for inspiration for my custom Trox design! (I dislike the official pathfinder design sooooooo much.) It turned out fine tho.
