These are a pair that hang out in our backyard most of the winter. I don't know if they are the same ones but we see them every year.

Yellow and black Townsend's warbler, sitting in a snow covered red cedar in March.
Snowing today, so I've got next year's Christmas card
That wetland looks happy!
I've only visited twice, first time was in the mid 70s. But that was my favorite spot to sit and think about the people who lived in the canyon.
That's plenty! #parkchat

A11 We spent a lot of time in NPS visitor centers looking at art & books when the kids were young - still do now that they are grown. I hope the NPS can keep making it own decisions on the art it wants to present #parkchat
A12 always up for posting a question if you need help #parkchat
And aliens will recognize how amazing our photography skills are #parkchat
I always think parks & non - electric music were made for each other (timing dependant). Once my daughter played fiddle in Heart O the Hills campground ONP (mid day) & got applause from the other camp sites #parkchat
A7 My best friend from highschool went to a Kodak School & ran his own color lab for developing prof photographer film - got out just before digital. Learned a lot from him but I never carried a camera (just DSLR) until recently. #parkchat
Are you using a view camera? That's amazing #parkchat
I like this view of my wife just outside our tent with the sun rising over Yellowstone Lake behind her. #parkchat
Whoa! What a shot! #parkchat
View of New Zealand Treaty Grounds & Bay of Islands from a forested ridge in Piahia NZ
On our recent NZ trip I set out with a my morning mug (& no other supplies) just intending to inspect a nearby trail, ended up a couple of km later at this great ridgetop view #parkchat
First thing I pulled out of the cabinet, I guess it is a Pendleton though. Holds a lot of coffee #parkchat
Wow! #parkchat
And this print is very cool #parkchat
A4 My wife is the art collector and we have park artwork that competes with, well, lots of natural science artwork for wall space. Somewhere I have a very unique framed print of Zion, buts it's large & I think in storage right now. #parkchat
That photo say it all about Denali! I hope you have it framed somewhere. #parkchat
View from North Rim, Grand Canyon National Park
A3 The Grand Canyon always does that for me #parkchat
That's awesome! #parkchat
How many kids do you have? Thinking you are way too modest with the juggling #parkchat
I can point out the beavers (almost every else already knows what they are though) #parkchat
Nice poster! #parkchat
Hi! Just back from shorts weather in NC, enjoying cold crud Seattle weather - than means desperately needed Mt snow!
Here for some NPS art chat! #parkchat

Black and yellow Townsend's warbler looking directly at the camera in a dark green western red cedar
Back from the heat of early summer in the southeast to needed cold wet spring in the PNW.
The Townsend's warblers are finally slowing down enough for a few photos.
Im in central NC where the family is split 50/50 UNC/DUKE (the rivalry game Sat was something) but today's connections threw me off.
Yes 5. Now can someone help me with today's connections?
