Visited my Aunt yesterday and left with beans and…real tortillas, rolled out from made and cooked (baked?) to childhood perfection, from yesterday to my mom’s feast set out of tortillas and Spanish rice and beans all the way back to my grandma when I was old enough to be hypnotized by flour, salt, water and lard to this most simple but most bestest of humble foods - and memories Tortillas….

This is perfection
