The fact that Netflix made an informed decision to switch out the kernel of their CDN from Linux to FreeBSD to squeeze out performance wins is a constant reminder that a lot of us just don’t face the same problems as these big companies 😂

Yeah definitely. I do like when docs say Layer 4/7 better. That clearly helps me understand what type of LB I’m dealing with
Why do some Load Balancers say we only support HTTP(s) and not TCP? That doesn’t make any sense to me. I feel like it should instead say “HTTP(s) is the only TCP based protocol we support”.
