Itβs mad how much they must have spent refurbishing the toilets at London Victoria station only for nearly every one of those weirdly huge brass cubicles to be constantly blocked or broken.

Celebrating hard working storytellers with some AI wonk. Can you absolutely not with this shit.
And congratulations to you too! π₯³ itβs a very varied list itβll be really intriguing to see who wins!
Cannot read it without seeing Alistair Green in a backwards baseball cap.
Thank you!
Oh thanks man, I really appreciate that.
V much so
Canβt say I identify strongly with anyone who calls themselves an βequity punkβ, but if I just lost a ton of money from investing in Brewdog and then the multi millionaire owner emailed that last paragraph to me, Iβd get in my ford fiesta and go drive it through his open plan country mansion.
Genuinely think you could trace all this back to a single fedora somewhere.
This year, for the first time, The British Book Awards are celebrating graphic novels with their own category, and what a great selection of shortlisted books theyβve chosen! Also, me. Hooray! π₯³ www.thebookseller.com/british-book...

Does that make sense? You know what I mean. Train platform summer night smells.
Thereβs a very distinct time of the year where the first scent of a fresh summery night creeps in from outside, you notice it in train stations and through pub gardens. Itβs really beautiful and nostalgic. I got my first whiff of it tonight.
Incredible work, love it!
Oh I heard that was going up today, thanks for the link!
Well when you put it like that.

What an AMAZING World Book Day we had in Liverpool today at their flagship event. I did drawalongs for kids, adults, even the mayor, signed a load of books for some amazingly dressed kids, and got to hang out with some of the nicest authors on earth. Thank you so much @worldbookdayuk.bsky.social π₯³
π₯³ HAPPY WORLD BOOK DAY! I was lucky enough to chat to Sara Cox for the latest episode of Radio 2 Book Club, where we talked about all things WBD and Bunny Vs Monkey! You can listen to it on BBC Sounds or wherever you get your podcasts:
