Oh my god this is gonna be a mess

My kids woke up this morning, after a 75 degree evening spent playing with a water table, desperate to go outside and continue the fun. Which I ruined for them by showing them the cold rain.

It’s just annoying that *I* am the bad guy in this situation.

100%. In a just world the KC will come back to its standard, but there are so many orgs here worth the space. And a few metro stops in the city that could sustain it…

(I also fully recognize that Strathmore *is* metro accessible. It’s just about options.)

Yes! I’m contracting with one of the orgs that’s scrambling for space post KC, and while Alexandria is not as perfectly centrally located, getting a high quality performance hall on the Blue/Yellow line would be a game changer.

Strathmore is great, but the fall off from the VA audience is hard.
