Guppy plays a Necromancer, because he is tired of always being the good kid. This time he wants to be the Bad@$$ instead!

At home, he is the oldest son with the most responsibility. At school, he is the new kid with a funny name, a habit of doing what he’s told, ruining every grading curve, and making no friends. Things seem to turn around when Bull, the athletic kid, invites Guppy to play a TTRPG called Catadoon.
VentureCats# has been in development since 2018 so Guppy’s design has changed a bit over time but I’ve loved every version of him ❤️

I asked my daughter what song always makes her cry and she said “Before You Go” by Lewis Capaldi, to which I said “oh the video makes that song ten times sadder”…so we watched it, held each other and teared up together on the couch 😭😢
