We have not - we can't replace Amazon as it provides huge chunk of sales but always looking to add new distro channels so will check that out. Thanks!
Our factory also has a factory in Vietnam and we looked at potentially moving production there but it would add approximately 5% to the manufacturing cost plus another 5% in getting the raw materials to the factory so at the moment it's not worth moving. We're planning on absorbing the tarif cost.
The biggest and easiest platform to sell direct to customers is of course Amazon... but they take a huge chunk in fees. It still works out better than selling to distro but you don't end up making a huge amount more.
