The glacier flows from the icefields above to where it almost cascades in a series of crevasses to the milky turquoise lake of its meltwater at its foot.
Our last hike in the #CanadianRockies two weeks ago, Parker Ridge delivered a huge view of Saskatchewan Glacier tumbling from the Columbia Icefield. Its meltwater lake is even bigger than a couple years ago.
