Could we save the planet by using #golang or #rust instead of #python? (to some extent?)
I mean use your AI to do that.
Is there any way to not update to #BouncyWindowsVista (so called #ios 26)? Or rollback? #apple
Seems it takes like six months for #obsidian team to review/approve a community plugin. Meanwhile this is usable by downloading the released files and putting it under the plugins directory.

beta - #obsidian plugin; dice rolls & oracles - currently mostly #ironsworn.
Hi! Created this smart auto-complete plugin (beta) that includes dice roller and some of the #Ironsworn oracles. Used it for solo #TTRPG journaling my games. Maybe it is hopefully useful to other players too github.com/dc0d/oraculu...
This explains zombies too (makes them fit into the setting). Zombies are host minds that managed to overcome the human mind, but got damaged severely, to the level that only bodily functions remained, continuing operating on lower level instinct.
Maybe if I get off my __ and motivate my mind into it, this becomes something (hopefully entertaining).
And the reason no one can find any remnants of such spaceships on this planet is simple. Our vessels were organic (obviously!) and got disintegrated. And during our voyages we use to literally live inside it's brain(s?)
Interesting ... It seems somewhere in the past, our group lost the knowledge of crafting spaceships. And we got stuck on this planet. Now, we became depressed & restless and we're at each other's throat, fighting over whatever resources we can salvage.
Every time the colonists had to wait for their host to evolve into an advanced enough specie which is able to process language. Before that point, only thing that the colonists can do is induce huge pulses of energy to constantly push the creature's instincts to their limits: to force it to evolve.
That's actually why their brains evolved so strangely. Why these primates use at most 7% of their brains effectively? Because, we live inside the 93% part.
A few groups of elites among us, operate as the core collective mind which maintains the process of extracting the planet's resources. The rest of us are soldiers and data hubs working toward keeping the majority of the population in check and shape them as the work force, to advance our cause.
Their minds are of a primitive, shamanic, close-to-nature kind. But their drives are strong. We used our universal system for colonizing new planets (called The Civilization) to channel those drives into specific social rituals, so they can't interfere with our main operations.
What do you think subconscious is? It is the result of our effort in subduing the minds of these primates. They managed to leak some of their ideas to us through our moments of being absent minded or our dreams. They managed to create pathogens of their own by fooling us into it & use us: #COVID19?
What if humans are a form of parasite? Landed on this planet and invaded the bodies of these primates and took control? Now, the host bodies are starting to reject them. The planet weather is in retaliate mode. And the nature wants to send them back to whence they came from. #ttrpg #tabletop #rpg.
If it's true that @criticalrole.bsky.social chose to stay in the domain of the old #TTRPG system that they were using, I wish them great success! (which is almost a guaranteed thing)
But it's not for me anymore. After some turbulent years in TTRPG people like me move on - and new people come in!
Of all the bullcrap around AI (and there's a lot), the bullcrappiest is the "democratization of creativity" line.
Artists don't greedily hoard their skills. Heck, they are one of the most generous communities in the world in freely sharing their experience and knowledge...
The word "Simplicity" in #software #development has the same usage as the word "People" in #politics.
Nice crate for declarative dependency injection in #rust (among other things), inspired by #Java Spring Boot.

#elixir community!
Iβm trying to write a blog post and need some sources/data.
Could you please run "mix test" on one or more of your @elixir-lang.org codebases and report results?
Iβm looking for:
1. # of tests
2. # of async tests
3. Total time sync
4. Total time async

Hey #TTRPG live play series! podcast or youtube alike. Maybe this is a personal taste. But the moment I hear the word βcameraβ, I stop listening and close whatever media is being played.
Your game play will not lose its beauty without that word.
