I used to love to watch the Puppy Bowl instead of the actual Super Bowl.
I like non-linear storytelling when its done well (like later Adventure time). I think if you make the characters strong enough a nonlinear story is almost like an episodic cartoon. Nonlinear stories do require patience for the plot to unravel which I think a lot of people don't have right now.
Panel one the fur creature is writing on laptop, drawing, and getting exercise. Final panel they eat a potato and then go to bed.

I made this with traditional pen and ink. Sadly, I got a big splotch of black ink right on a characters face so things turned out messy. I still enjoyed this challenge. Dust and Dread is an amazing comic with great story telling and art so I am glad I found the time to participate.

I've been making a few different comics for about a year now. Mostly experimenting but also trying to see where I lack. I got far with one comic, about 10 or so pages, but the story felt flat so I stopped it- I need to improve on story telling. Right now, I'm focusing on comic strips.
