There really are great looking ships! I wonder if ordering a new batch might be a good idea in 5 years or so as the Batch 1's start to show their age. They seem like great a solid platform, so no need to redesign them, perhaps fitted with 40mm Bofors like the Tyle 31?

The current modeling project on my workbench right now, The HMS Westminster (1/350 Trumpeter kit). Lots of modifications in the works for this one, stay tuned for updates! Always open to feedback and tips!

Totally agree, I do have a Lost Era Star Trek design I'm working on, I really need to finish it and get it out there, is comparable to the Nova class in size. This 'Bigger=Better' fad in sci-fi these days is getting a little tiresome.

Throwback to my time in the Royal Navy. My 3D model of the Type 23 Frigate, HMS Westminster, built in 3DSMax. I had the privilege of serving as a Marine Engineer on her over 25 years ago! Time flies!

A comparison of the MSD from the TV show, along with my version to show some of the items that were added to the ship during the show (such as the shuttle bay).

The USS Defiant MSD I made for Star Trek Online. I referenced photos of the studio model for the correct outline and used the set blueprints to ensure accurate room dimensions. The ship is scaled at 110m.

You'd think a simple Tri-Corder scan would be able to tell if someone was a person, or a robot control buy a little guy in a miniature spaceship. (I can't believe this is now a thing in Star Trek...).

Also, wasn't 'Control' Destroyed in ST: Discovery? Or is it just a person now instead?

She's a great looking ship! I really like that is has lot's of new features not really seen on ships before (like the shuttle lifts on the top of the rear saucer).

Recreation of the Galaxy class MSD from #startrek. The colors are slightly modified versions of the original colors to simulate the effect of being backlit though the black plexiglass they used on the show.

The panels underneath were actually the Helm and Conn LCARS with a few changes!

Sayer class Starship panels. I Created these panels for Sam Cockings over at Trekyards a few years ago for his own Sayer class starship. An awesome little ship design, and I love the TOS Era movie LCARS!

Not defending them, but apparently the official pages of the president get renamed each term, so you may of been following Biden, but the account got renamed when Trump took office, hence why you could be following him.

Recently finished some of my model kits from the stash. These are all 1:72 scale. Pretty happy with how they turned out!
