LOVED this past weeks episode of Starfleet Academy! “Ko’Zeine” gave us some amazing character development for Genesis, who IMO, is still the best character on the show. Bella Shepard stands out with every scene she’s in. The Jay-Den Daren dynamic is really cute and I want to see where that goes.

I realize I’m probably one of the few people excited for this, but LET’S GO!

This is my feeling as well. I do have a friend who used to work on Star Trek who reached out and said to me that the artist may have signed an NDA that they can’t talk about it, but I just have a hard time buying the whole thing.

I completely agree with you on both counts there.

Who’s trashing Trek Movie? And I wholeheartedly agree that the fandom sucks right now. That doesn’t change the fact that we all need to be aware of the harm AI is doing to the industry.

I’m personally friends with a good amount of the folks at TrekMovie and can tell you they’re all good people. They’re reporting on what they were told. It’s our job whether we choose to believe it or call it out. But let’s not trash it for being out there.

I’d say I’m sorry, which I am, but I’m sure you’ve heard that way too much, so instead I’ll just say “that person can get bent.”
