Quantum computer
Can a quantum physics autodidact educate others in quantum computing? I would say that the answer is both yes and no. Schrodinger and his cat would imply that you will only get the answer to that question after youโve read my Quantum Edge newsletter. Subscribe for free at quantumedge.today/subscribe

Lake Shore Cryotronics Introduces First SMU With Both DC and AC Sourcing - News
Announced at Electronica 2024 this week, the new source measurement unit measures nano-scale semiconductor device signals that would otherwise be drowned out by electrical noise.
Quantum computing isn't the only game in line to be the next leap. 2D nanomaterials are moving well. Read my article on All About Circuits covering one company making the test equipment capable of operating under the extreme limits of 2D nanomaterials. www.allaboutcircuits.com/news/lake-sh...

IBM Demonstrates First โMulti-Processorโ for Quantum Processing - News
IBM divided and parsed the quantum solution into two connected quantum processing units, demonstrating greater processing capability than either individual unit.
My quest to understand the fundamental physics of quantum computing took a step forward when I started to think of a quantum processor (QPU) as more like an FPGA than a CPU.
My latest on AAC delves into IBM's work multi-QPU quantum computing. #quantum

I have a Quest Super Elf that I built in 1978. I loved the ability to manually advance the clock, not to mention the 16, 16-bit registers that could be swapped in functionality
