Y'know, the dumbest part of this was I got a email today from my psych agency saying they found a therapist for me, and me fully telling myself I didn't need it... Man 😞
And I know it's not healthy, I know my brain is probably going to freak out if I keep myself this busy for this long. But if I'm busy I can't have bad thoughts... If I'm working, or in class, I can't think about how lonely I feel, even though I have countless friends who love me.
I think I'm unconsciously pushing myself back into that 'functional depression' sort of vibe I've previously forced myself into the past few years. Like my last few days have been great, I've felt really happy... But then I lay in bed and can't help but cry...

I shared this on my discord, so I figured I'd share here, I was at my cousin's house on Sunday, and they have two twin boys who are like 10, and we were talking about games or something, and they both were like 'man I want to play Wii sports sometime...'
It's really nice because as much as I've come to terms that I'll always be my mom's daughter, it's still so nice with how much she actively tries, and actively supports me. I really lucked out 🥰
They're superb, dude. What more can be said!
I'm having a pretty good day, my mom let me drive from the store to our cousins house and then home, (drive home in the dark), and she used they/them pronouns for me for what felt like the first time, in front of our more conservative family.... I'm having a good day :)
