I desperately wish to see this "full document", especially if there are, in fact, no NDAs. Hell, everyone was receiving and sharing copies of the playtest online even after it was pulled down.

The thing is, I'm not running victory laps over being right about the fate of the neopets ttrpg. I'm just disappointed by the whole thing; there were a couple KNOWN, talented people on the project whose work I looked forward to still seeing despite the troubles.
