I refuse to believe that was 20 years!
A copper green panel with various images, including what looks like the Tardis (police telephone box) surrounded by stone blocks.
A conical flower display that looks a bit like a Dalek standing in a cobbled square in front of stone arches leading to a building.
The Tardis recorded on the doors of the Tour de Hercules in A Coruna in Spain. The Doctor was probably there to defeat these flower Daleks. #doctorwho #tardis
I love how @chrislackey.bsky.social always looks like he is a kindly father tolerating his toddlerβs nonsense πππ
Of course it is!
Youβre in for a treat. Stranded is even better!
Shadows was pretty good if a little lethal in places. I really enjoyed the sandbox nature of whatever the village was called in Scotland (was going to say Stanwick- clearly got Scotch Corner on my brain!)
Thank you for those words Brett.
I mean, wow, Apple. Wow.
Couple of episodes of Poirot: Greatest Detective recorded today π
A canal towpath, with the canal to the right, then a line of trees reflected in the canal. There is blue sky at the top.
A very green duck swimming in the canal.
Lovely walk along the canal today. Donβt be fooled by the blue sky. It was a tad cold. We also saw this very green duck! Maybe an emerald mallard?
Didβ¦ did your parents bring you C3POβs decapitated head?
Hope youβre not expecting one like that from me π Looks fab though, Freddie.
A bright pink diamond-shaped fondant fancy decorated with an iced cherry stalk and two cherries, sitting on a white plate.
A little #bettys treat for a rainy Sunday.
Weβll be restarting recording Poirot: Greatest Detective soon. Our in-depth discussion and review of the ITV show.
The Christmas Egg but only because the name intrigues me (it might be amazing, it might be toss. I have not read it but I love the name).
If itβs any consolation I had a little nap too. Great to see you both.
I love how @chrislackey.bsky.social has a look of βIβll just wait till these two finish goofing aboutβ π
Really sorry to hear this Dean. Not fun.
Sorry- seen your message. Had missed it!
Sent you a message on YCDC- still an option if of interest. Sorry youβve had a rubbish time though!

Of course that should be Paul and I.
End of an era. Both Paul and have got some great memories from the site, and many friends who we hopefully get to keep! Thanks everyone for the support. Weβll miss the community, but the show continues on Patreon.
I think my reading aims for 2026 are more books by newer/new to me authors. Recommendations always welcome! #booksky
Highlights for me this year were Grace Curtisβ Floating Hotel & TJ Kluneβs Cerulean Sea novels. I also read (as ever!) a couple of time travel novels. I quite enjoyed The Ministry of Time but not so much This Is How You Lose the Time War.
2025 reading: 44 books, which included some novellas and graphic novels (graphic novels bundled- if split it makes 46). Only 22 authors though. Iβve read all the Sayerβs Wimsey novels, & read a lot of Jane Austen for the first time (some of those are long!). But also some more recent books.
I hope you had a good nightβs sleep! Sending patience!
Reminds me of my Gran- sheβd have a cardigan, the heating and the fire on, then when my mum asked if she could turn the heating off my Granβd be βjust comfortableβ π₯
A large Dalek
Creepy Stooky Bill (the original!)
Saw some Doctor Who friends at the National Media Museum today. Thatβs the original Stooky Bill #thegiggle
