Hiked/snowshoe up towards Skyscraper Reservoir yesterday, and ended up having to break trail (with snowshoes) through 2-3' deep snow, for nearly 2 miles. Didn't make it all the way up to the Reservoir at nearly 12,000' elevation. #nederlandcolorado #winter #snowshoe #hiking

It was a powder day at Eldora today! Snow stake had 9" this morning and by 1pm it was approaching 14". Already my 9th day on the slopes, 8 of those at the "Home Mountain", Eldora!
