Why Rustin? Why Now?
The shadow of the dysfunctional New Left is so long that itβs sometimes hard to see the light beyond it.
Since "The most straightforward solution, therefore, was massive investment in the kind of public works programs that had revitalized the American workforce a generation prior", I'm sure Rustin would have liked a GreenNewDealPlan.com

Opinion | China Automates While America Hesitates
The key to long-term wealth of a country is labor productivity, and China is gaining a lead on the US because it is using AI and manufacturing together, instead of trying to suck in customers to get addicted to 'their' chatbot or replace white collar workers:

How to stop a dictator
I spent months studying how authoritarians like Trump lose. The answer is shockingly simple.
I have spent the past several months studying the cutting-edge research on modern democracies that have defeated authoritarian leaders.

Does anyone know why we're still doing tariffs?
The ridiculous policy has taken on a life of its own.

Punishing climate alarm didnβt just βappealβ to Pielke Jr and βanalystsβ at The Breakthrough Institute.
They *actively collaborated* to establish the narrative that we have already βavoided the worst case climate scenario.β
This propaganda was then amplified by the right-wing & centrist press.

Lessons from YIMBYism: Taking βAbundanceβ Back to Its Fundamentals
Lessons from YIMBYism examines how supply-side reforms, public investment, and state capacity can make progressive social policy work as intended.
"Large-scale public employment during the New Deal era through programs like the Works Progress Administration led to tighter labor markets, which put pressure on private firms to raise wages & collectively bargain with their employees" eg GreenNewDealPlan.com
