They were very good early on, especially against the run. Spillane and Williams went down and missed a lot of games at the end of the year. This playoff run coincides with those guys getting healthy. Itβs a very different defense, especially with Williams playing.
Yeet!
Yeah. Not that at all!
Reminds me of my kidβs self portrait from daycare way back when:
The vacation rental house right next to me has been empty all summer except for 2-3 weeks. It was occupied at least 75% of the time last summer. I mean, itβs nice not having new neighbors all the time, but itβs not a good sign.
Yeah, heβd find these pictures horrifying. He was fairly conservative, but believed that rights came with responsibility, these images are antithetical to everything he believed in.
My uncle in central MA was an avid hunter who owned a lot of guns. Never on display. Very strict rules about guns in his house. No toy guns for his kids, no squirt guns that looked like guns. Guns were not toys, toys were not guns. Just a different mentality about it.

And that was an era where players up the middle couldnβt hit. Every team carried a punchless .240 2B. Pitchers work a lot harder because anyone can hit the ball hard now. Thatβs just evolution of the game, not because of WAR.
Theyβre going to officially launch in Poland first, I bet.
He turned 15 this week. Happy and as full of energy as ever.
Definitely becoming more βcraftyβ with age.
One of Tom Yawkeyβs drinking buddies. Also known for sharing some racist beliefs with Yawkey as well.
Cangelosi can come in and throw a couple of innings when theyβre getting blown out to save those guys for later.
Hey, I was using that weakness!
Out of step with the world!
Heβs the sweetest, nicest dog. Just so happy to have a place again.
We adopted 14 year-old Baxter 3 weeks ago. Heβd been abandoned and bounced around fosters and shelters after his human died. Heβs settling in and has been such a good boy.
Why the fuck is anyone still on Twitter when they're basically rewriting The Bible on this site. every day a masterpiece
Iβve seen it called βShakespeare for people who canβt spell Shakespeareβ

They sold Carboβs contract to Cleveland. Zimmer didnβt like him and wouldnβt play him, even though he had a great 1977.
