2 days ago I had a surprise regarding my GCP usage, I found out that a website I created with Remix.run was doing a high number of API calls, when I though I had left protections on the code to avoid just that. Any insights on this are very appreciated : stackoverflow.com/questions/79...

Wikipedia editors need to up their opsec. There's a full on war against any independent sources of authority and the oligarch project of taking down Wikipedia is part of it.

Day 20 (1 day later, oops I forgot): Death Stranding
One of the craziest game concepts ever, but resulted in hours of game play from my side.

Have you tried Remix ? What's your opinion ? I'm learning it myself =)
Day 19: Horizon Zero Dawn
Killing machines with ancient weapons. Huge Open World, long story with many chapters. Playability 200%. What an amazing game!

Day 18: Sky Force
I would argue it's the absolute best top-down "airplane" shooter in the style of "still relatively realistic". The graphics are astounding, the playability is supreme, specially on touch devices. Already played "Sky Force" and "Sky Force Reloaded" and still play them every week.
Day 17: World of Worcraft (WoW)
Obviously the ground-breaking game that defined the standards for MMORPGs and introduced lots of innovations on the field. You could easily spend hundreds of hours with your friends there, and always have things to do.

Working on a Supermarket mini game for my kids (Superstore Rush). Time to start prepping some more models and the various shelf states. Uploaded a super early dev build on my website with some basic game mechanics finished www.shantek.io/games/supers... #gamedev #indiedev
Nice game concept and nice game mechanics. I liked it :)
Player navigation needs a bit improvement but overall it's really cool, congratulations! πππ
I believe that is related to an historical event which was the rise of #BlueSky, which basically rendered game designers and game developers alike, complete dopamine dependents and thus totally unable to produce any good work. It has been a catastrophe for the field!
Day 16: Age of Mythology
For me, this was the best RTS of the Age of Empires family. It had a fabulous campaign mode, revisiting historic scenarios. Many hours happily spent on this :)

Day 14: Warcraft I & II

Day 13: Blood
Blood was a game done with the same game engine from Duke Nukem, but it had a very interesting gameplay using dynamite bars and motion detection dynamite bars. It was very very cool to play multiplayer with this one.
Day 12: Duke Nukem
This game was a breakthrough in so many ways. It came with a level editor, which I learned to use, and was able to build rooms, texture them, place sprites, you name it. What an introduction to #gamedev & #leveldesign π

Got the 1st try with the 3D model inside Godot π₯³
Screenshot of the WIP of my 1st Godot game. Very early stage, and I'm almost also a complete noob at Blender.
Managed to get the terrain I wanted with BlenderGIS.
Super cool, super efficient, unfortunately not the whole model for free⦠Wish me luck! #gamedev #godot #indiegamedev #blender #blendergis
