I need to start an honest conversation: I’m visibly disabled. Applied to hundreds of jobs. I make it to the interview stage, then I get the same result: "we're moving forward with another candidate." wonder if it’s not my skills or my resume, but about what I look look when I walk into a room 1/2

I was just updated by the same person as yesterday, that they reached out to leadership. Leadership was “surprised and appalled” at the events. Apparently, the page is going back up….. diabetes and endocrinology care are lumped together in the search categories for some reason….

It was just brought to my attention that Multicare has removed the Mary Bridge Gender Clinic webpage, without informing the staff. I’m taking a walk to blow off steam, but then I’m definitely writing and calling. Multicare isn’t even a federally funded system.
