When they said Back to the Future was the perfect trilogy, they really weren't wrong. The second movie, recreating the first in such detail (only today did I notice Crispin Glover wasn't in the movie) that they look like they were all filmed at the same time.

The new 52 version of the #DCAU was absolutely amazing. Starting with Flashpoint and ending with Apokolips War (especially Apokolips War) were something else. @jamesgunn.bsky.social if your movie universe is this entertaining, it will be spectacular.

Picked up a PS5 today, as a "next generation" console I'm not feeling it. There isn't really anything here thus far making me feel like there's enough of a jump like I did from PS2-PS3 or PS3-PS4.

I've been working on a #MongoDb #Realm db replacement for the last 6 months. Today I have finally got to a point where my sync works in #dotnet #maui seamlessly. CRUD works fine and today linked objects also update in real time. The sync is between Mongo and #litedb.
Is there any way to play PS3 games from an external HDD yet? Would be nice to keep my disks in pristine condition!

Agreed Jon but It's going to resonate with people because some people of an older generation will think they grew up with 2 genders and they grew up "ok". Its like elements of the generation previously who grew up thinking racism was "ok". Its not for government to rescind peoples rights though.
Picked up Mario 3D Allstars on the Switch yesterday. The price is a bit high in my opinion but hopefully its a decent collection of games!

Have a focal point by all means (ie if you do most of your programming in a single framework) but don't restrict yourself. Certainly explore and experiment with others and be prepared for changes in the ecosystem.
Yesterday I completed the first phase of my replacement for MongoDB Realm. Realm is being deprecated in September so I need something that I can use going forward with dotnet. Iteration 1 is to have a static mapping which allows me to send data back and forth from the live database to my app.
At 82 which he will be at the end of this term, do we really think he's going to be able to run again?
Finally a hectic day which resulted in feeling good about what has been produced and no stress!

Got a 3 month trial for Apple TV. Pretty much got it for #Severance season 2 but started watching a show called "Criminal Record". Absolutely fantastic. Why do more people not know about this (or am I in a minority here?!)
