It took 3 tries to find the weight the fits me, but it hasn’t been too bad. I think they’ve helped a decent bit. I try to keep mine on so I can get rid of the turkey neck. Slipping out of a weight hurts a bit, but goes away pretty quickly, so I don’t think there’s really anything to worry about.
I’ve absolutely seen the most progress with a weighted Car and ball weights. I suck at using a tension strap. And it’s easy to leave it all day and just remove it, piss, adjust it so it doesn’t get sore. Sometimes I wear it at night to retain, without weights(except the ball weights).
I think I actually got the DTR as my first device. I started trying that pretty early on, and then I switched to the CAR. I also used weighted stealth retainers, which are in the pics. The metal irritates me after a bit though. CAR is my favorite, and I use the size 30.
Finally got a weight that fits well. And I tried stacking them for the first time. I get cold too easily and it gets a bit more painful than I’m into. 😂 So I wrapped the one that’ll be on there the most. Just testing the two weights for a bit. #ballweights #stackedweight #ballstretching #nicetug
