Dear Rachel Reeves, if you take a small amount fm the low waged or disabled, the impact will be enormous - tipping people into poverty or homelessness. If you take a smaller amount from the mega rich, the impact on their lives will be negligible & will raise more money. Shall I be chancellor instead
