This is so disgusting. I used to manage a couple of restaurants. I saw a couple of homeless rooting through our trash. When I tried to approach them, they ran. I taped a note to our dumpster that said You're a human being. PLEASE come in for a free sandwhich & drink. I paid for it for 4 years.
