Failing the “you’re not vermin that need to be exterminated” test, which is what is happening to undocumented ppl and trans ppl (among others) in a current fascist America.
It's hard to explain how, in the 80s and 90s in NI, pre internet, as a kid, unless you had a queer person in your immediate family, you just didn't even know queer was a thing.
And yet I'm still queer.
You can take away the words kids can use to describe themselves, but they will always be queer.

My immediate thought was “wow off the top of my head I can count 3 old cis white Guys named John (tester, kaisic, heilman) and yet they still “don’t have the money” to pay any transgender analysts” 🤔
The fact that they are planning on spending 40-50 million dollars on this propaganda while also claiming that they have to cut cancer research or gender-affirming care to trans veterans for fiscal reasons shows just how rotten this whole regime is
Oh cool thanks! I’ve been out as a trans person since 2004 but pretty much oblivious to the fashion world (given that 90% of the time my wardrobe = tshirt + leggings lol) so I have been wondering where this came from for a while now
I would love to see coming generations of queer and trans kids not have to spend their adult lives working through the trauma of being queer and trans kids. I wanna sit in my rocking chair and marvel at their lives.
