Translation: βI am Maria Antonia Guerra Montoya and I have been 113 days in detention I miss my friends and I feel they are going to forget me. I am bored here. I already miss my country and my house, I came on vacation for 10 Days and they took me into an ice office an officer interrogated me 2 hours without my mom, I was traveling with flight attendant because my mom lives in new york, they only wanted to arrest my mom, because my mom didnβt have documents to live in U.S.A., I always traveled with my tourist visa but ice used me to catch my mom and now I am in a jail and I am sad and I have fainted 2 times here inside. When I arrived every night I cried and now I donβt sleep well, I felt that being here was my fault and I only wanted to be on vacation like a normal family.β

9-year-old Maria Antonia Guerra Montoya, detained on her way to Disney World, spent 113+ days at Dilley.
itβs the least important problem here but this guy has not spent a millisecond thinking about commercial law if he thinks this is a plausible argument

Elizabeth is a Columbia Heights fourth-grader who loves volleyball, learning English and giggling in the halls with her friends. She's been held in the Dilley Immigration Processing Center for nearly a month, and she and her mom have both fallen ill. sahanjournal.com/education/co...
"A 2-year-old boy was breastfeeding in detention. One 6-year-old boy had leukemia. An 8-year-old girl began wetting the bed. A 14-year-old girl engaged in self-harm...None of these children or their parents had a criminal history anywhere in the world."

Liam misses his mother and his schoolmates. All of the children at the Dilley detention center long for the lives that were ripped away from them. No child should be in a place like this.
Reminder that, as of the latest reports, Liam Ramos is still in prison in Texas - now for 5 days.
His parents are legal asylum seekers with no criminal record.
BTW when I say abolish ICE, I mean abolish it entirely and replace it with exactly nothing. Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free. That's it.
ICE is sending these kids to the concentration camp in Dilley, Texas, where they're preparing to have so many children that they're opening a new school there. They're actively hiring teachers now. I reported on it last month. We have to get people out of there.
If we, dear, know we know no more
Than they about the Law,
If I no more than you
Know what we should and should not do
Except that all agree
Gladly or miserably
That the Law is
Law, say the gardeners, is the sun,
Law is the one
All gardeners obey
Tomorrow, yesterday, today.
And always the loud angry crowd,
Very angry and very loud,
Law is We,
And always the soft idiot softly Me.
the simplest answer is probably that βfollowingβ does not mean βbecause ofβ here
we need to have categorical impeachments. impeach and convict entire agencies, offices, reporting structures at once. the presumptive sentence is disqualification, which is rebuttable in extraordinary cases
i never said anything about american exceptionalism iβm talking about new york city
a lot of issuers would go out of their way not to file a Form D for this
i donβt dispute that it is. but youβre comparing it to new york city
ok
vastly different demographics being the entire world population come together, vs a bunch of australians?

The strike killed Rosa GonzΓ‘lez, 80, her family said, and seriously wounded a second person. One neighbor, a 70-year-old man named Jorge who declined to give his last name, said he lost everything in the airstrike. Catia La Mar, is a low-income coastal area just west of the Caracas airport.
